As a private, not-for-profit organization owned by the churches of Christ in Ghana, and supported by the churches of Christ in the United States through VOH-Ghana (501(c)3), the elders of the Vertical Centre Church of Christ in Tema have oversight responsibility in Ghana while the elders of the Springtown Church of Christ in Springtown, Texas, oversee activities in the United States.

 

The Village of Hope Group Board is the local Board that governs the entire organization. In addition, each subsidiary ministry of the Village of Hope Group has a Board of Directors that governs the activities of the relevant subsidiary.

 

The Management (Executive) Team of Village of Hope comprises the Group Managing Director (GMD), the GMD's Chief of Staff , the Internal Auditor, the Deputy Group Managing Director - Stakeholder Relations, the Deputy Group Managing Director - Administration, the Deputy Group Managing Director - Operations, the Head of Financial Resources, the Head of Human Resources, the Head of Physical Resources and each of the Managing Directors of the subsidiaries of Village of Hope.
