HOPE COLLEGE HOLDS MATRICULATION FOR 161 TENTH GRADERS

A matriculation ceremony was held on May 13, 2022, at Hope College during which 161 newly -enrolled tenth-grade students were officially admitted to the school. Each student swore the matriculation oath to obey all school rules and to be loyal students of Hope College.

Mr. Ebenezer Nana Wilson address the student body

Mr. Ebenezer Nana Wilson, the Headmaster of Senya Senior High School, was the guest of honor and keynote speaker during the ceremony. He advised the students to take their three-year studies at the school seriously so they could graduate with honors and gain admission to the universities of their choice.

Hope College's new Matriculants

This group of matriculants (Class of 2024) will be studying courses in General Science, General Arts, Home Economics, and Business Management from the tenth through twelfth grades, after which they will write the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) that would qualify them to enter university.

They are one of the largest groups to matriculate. We still expect a few more late admissions to join this class in the course of the academic year.
